Would anyone know if Dragon Naturally Speaking opens a connection object when used within a form on access??
The reason I ask is that we have a site that uses dragon on our database to enter data, and I get alot more hung sessions on the Windows 2000 Server, leaving the .ldb file open in the evening, preventing our auto backups from occuring. These users tend to leave the dragon software toolbar open and close our program. I have tested this and it does seem to leave a msacess.exe process running in the task manager, even after you close access.
Does this make sense ? and could it be a reason for this office having hung sessions every evening ?
Thanks
