Seeing as you obviously had to look the word up and were either too unintelligent or too unobservant to read the OTHER definition of the word ("Having a limited or narrow outlook or scope" - Oxford English Dictionary), you have absolutely no business criticizing anyone else's outlook, intelligence, or most especially, their English.

Nothing, but we see it alot in films and on TV, and I think that when the British try to use it, it just doesn't work. Am I not entitled to an opinion? Oh no, I'm bad old Col, not entitled to opinions or I get banned.

When an opinion is offensive Col i think that it would be best to keep it to yourself... and not offend anyone - maybe then you may just make some friends along the way.

Nope, fully British here - you really shouldn't base opinions on stereotypes because then you will then be stereotyped as a prejudice Essex man (without an Essex Accent).

Actually, just for the record, I like Americans.

They are usually ultra polite, have fab cars from the 60's, superb music like Count Basie, Buddy rich, Elvis of course and the brilliant Everly Brothers.
I like the way they struggle with geography and world affairs and their difficulty speaking, spelling and understanding English.

Maybe you should show it more - Most of the Americans i have also spoken to have been very polite, and although they may struggle to speak our version of English they did adopt our language as their own and changed a lot of the words to suite them (to be different if you like).

So although you may say they struggle to speak English actually they don't because they have their own version of our language. so in fact they are doing fine and yet again with the prejudice - NOT ALL AMERICANS ARE THE SAME! (before you say any more about your "opinion") state it as that rather than "I like the way they" because that my friend is like stating a fact.

Strangely enough, it never gets easier.

Every person comes with a story mate. I in fact love listening to peoples life stories (not reading - there is just something about when people talk about what has happened that i like - i enjoy the enthusiasm behind their voice) - maybe one day we can chat and we can exchange stories .

It will never become easier friend - Losing a loved one will never be easy, but i am sure they would not wish for you to mourn them and feel sorrow.

Keep your head held high mate. Its what they would have wanted to see their friend/sibling be happy. Always here if you need to talk mate. I'm just one email away, just ask and ill provide it to you

Here's an example of a comment I find offensive. You know nothing of me or my parents yet you choose to slag off their parenting skills, maybe you should heed your own advice to avoid offending people. Even I wouldn't stoop that low to attack another members family.

If i did insult your family, apologies for that and i am humble enough to apologize if you feel your parents have been insulted.
