Unfortunately, I did not save the links, and i have not found a free template that is close. I build one many years ago, but it is too long and i dont remember enough of access to be able to set up the relationships,tables and queries properly. Once I get that set up, I think I will be able to modify what I have and build queries, reports, and simple routines.
All I need to do is have a contract entry screen (with basic info such as parties, type of agreement (pull down menu) date, eff date, expiration date, and project (pull down menu) along with a memo field for a short synopsis) with a subform that I can select from a pre determined list of statuses, along with an associated comments field and another subform with associated contracts,amendments, etc linked to the main form. I should be able to open the associated docs and have the same type of info available. Eventually, I'll link it to file (each doc is a unique doc/entry)
