Convert day-and weeknumber

hi,

on my form i have 3 cboboxes Wher thy do a selection
example:

cboyear gives = 2004
cboweek = 40
cboday= 5

now is it possible to convert this selection to the date
1/10/2004

and so on

can someone give me a code for that please
