Solved Copied form from another database does'nt show all records (1 Viewer)

Hello,

Im in the midst of writing a database and something went wrong somewhere and I started getting an error.
Rather than struggle to work out why I just reverted to an earlier backup which didn't have the strange error and copied a form across into the backup.

The form works and I can see data but only 6 of the 12 test records and nothing new that I add into the main database shows up.

Anyone have an idea why this might be?

Sorry, I fixed this. Well, I actually fixed the original error.

Feel an idiot now.

What are you using as the forms Record source. If its a query does it have any criteria set
Have you got any filter set
