Copy Object

i have a DB but i cant connect to it I need make a access file include some object ( Tabel – Queries – forms – reports )

I need user open file and select Current DB and click buttom when user make this the file copy object withch I selected before and copy it to current DB and if the object name same old one need to replace with new

P.s = I have a copy of Current DB
