Thanks a lot for resolving issues & for your response, am greatly delighted with your problem solving skills,last but not least one thing I want to know is that is it possible to run this file independently because whenever I run this file it will not let me to work on other files which are open, System gets hang is there anyway to fix this.

Yes, Source will be in use because its common server where anybody can Access at anytime.Is there any alternative way to fix this.Apart from that am getting error sFilename = Dir(sSrcFolder & "*" & c.Text & "*") in this code.
