Two same structure files! How to copy content from one to other on record by record basis. I only know field by field copy! Is there any easy way or statement to do it! ? Thanks!!

Do you mean a database to another database if so you could do this as an append query. You can append to another database.

No! I meant copy reaocrds from one table to another table!! Thanks!!

You still use the Append Query to copy a record from one table to another.
