Create Rows as Column

I have a query which is based on 1toM relationship where one project may have a list of design features ehich currently look like as under.

ProjectID DesignBrief
8527 Paint store
8527 Wall graphics
8527 Bulk head
8527 HBA equipment

I would like the Design Brief rows to appears as column, more like Excel format.

8527 Paint store, Wall graphics, Bulk head, HBA equipment

Is there a way to achieve this.

Use a crosstab query

Not too sure if it is the right result as I could see multiple rows with concatanation. But apreciate your help.
