Hi there, hoping someone can help me with a print label question.

I want to create address labels.
However, I only want to print labels for records that meet certain criteria.
It's a simple membership Db.
When it comes to renewal time I want print address labels, but only to 'active' members.
Data comes from a 'Status' field. The address info is in the same table. The table is simply called 'tblmain'
I imagine because there's rules around it I can't just use the simple create label option from the tool bar.
Would it have to be driven by a query?
Thanks

For only active data you need to write a query (if you cant create post fields names and data types we will help you) and design a report on that query without report headers and footers, you just remove the layout and data labels while report design. and report attributes is your label size that you requires .
later go to report print preview >page setup>page=A4> then column>number of columns= depending on label size choose 2 or more columns.
