What Criteria should I put to group records by 100 records in a Total Query

You might be able to do it in a report.

Until I find the solution..
But I am getting closer to the solution...if not possible in the query than it is possible in VBA..

Lets just suppose you do get this to work be it every 100 or 500 records, you want to start a new page every 100/500 records. What type of report are you producing that will give you 100/500 records per page?

You need to consider chapters in books, each chapter can have many pages but each chapter can restart from page 1. ie chapter 1 page 1, chapter 2 page 1

you can get chapters to start on new pages but the pages in the chapter are continious....
