I am unclear how to accomplish this. I have a table that has CompanyName,
InvoiceDate, & Revenue.
I would like to have a summary report that is formatted as below:
Company |CurrentMonth |PriorYearSameMonth| TwelveMonthTotal |PriorMonth |PriorMonth-2
(April 02) (April 01) (April01 thru April 02) (March 02) (Feb 02)

I have attempted to use a crosstab query by using multiple queries to return the data for
CurrentMonth and PriorYearSameMonth. However, I am not clear how to create a query that will
return the previous 12 months based upon an entered month. How do I design the query
so that it will return the sum of the last twelve months from the month entered?
Since this is a crosstab query, I have created a form to enter the dates. The form has
two fields; Year and Month.
