Hi All,

I have made a form with a combo box that is for company name and below is subform with datasheet for equipment.

what do I need to do to only show equipment from the company that I choose in the combo box.

I just can't get this to work

In the subform control on the data tab, set the linkMasterField to the name of your combo control (e.g. SupplierCombo) and the linkChildField to the name of the related field in the subform (e.g.SupplierID).

This assumes that your combo control rowsource is something like SELECT ID, SupplierName from Suppliers and the bound column is set to 1
