data not matching up

1 Table with 3 fields.

Fields:

Name (text)
Pet1 (drop-down - cat, dog, bird)
Pet2 (drop-down - cat, dog, bird)


I want a query that will tell me the name and pets of people whos pets do not match up.

ex:
Steve | Cat | Cat
Allan | Dog | Cat
Sussie | Bird | Cat
Dannel | Dog | Dog

Query would show:

Allan | Dog | Cat
Sussie | Bird | Cat


Now these are not the exact words... it has nothing to do with pets, just simplifying the query & example. Thank you all in advance.

Try this query:

SELECT tbl_pet.Name, tbl_pet.Pet1, tbl_pet.Pet2
FROM tbl_pet
WHERE (tbl_pet.Pet1<>[Pet2]);
