Database Design (1 Viewer)

If it is not too much trouble could somebbody please reccommend some literature on Access Database design either web based or in Book form.

I have no knowledge on normalisation and the normal forms other than that they exist but i feel that i need to know this as i am to be involved in database heavily for the forseeable future.

any advice is gladly recieved
