Question Database strange behaviour

I've created the database and everything works fine on the computer I've developed it. On some other computers I've tried it I've experienced some strange behaviours like, creating a folder that is supposed to get created when I click on the button from within database, but not during the MSI package installation.
I'm using access 2007 and RTE to create package installer with developers extension.
Any ideas?
