Date() and Format functions not working

I recently upgraded to Access 2003, and converted some databases from Access 97. On my reports, if I enter the function Date(), or use it in any strings, when I run the report, it calls for a parameter called Date().

I also have the same issue with using format.

I tried refreshing the references, but I apparently do not know which one to select.

Any help would be appreciated.
