When I enter a date in criteria (20-Nov-10) the return is incomplete, that is not all of the records with that date are returned. However when I enter a date (20-Nov-10) and the next day (21-Nov-10) the return is complete.
Can someone please show me the way? I am lost which is not unusual for someone with my skills level.
