I have a membership table with a joined date field. I need help with a query that will show membership expired after one year. Additionally, I need a query to show me Board Members who haven't paid their yearly fee.

Post sample data from all relevant tables (including table field names) and then results of what should be returned based on that sample data. Use this format:

TableName1
FieldName1, FieldName2, FieldName3...
17, 4/1/2013, David
4, 3/23/2012, Jennifer

MEMBERS TABLE - I need to know when membership expired after one year

TITLE - Field 1 FIRST_NAME- Field 2 LAST_NAME- Field 3 ADDRESS Field 4 CITY- Field5 STATE- Field6 ZIPCODE- Field7 TELEPHONE - Field8 EMAIL_ADDRESS- Field9 DateJoined- Field10
MEMBERDUES- Field11 MEMBER_TYPE - Field 12
ACTIVE – Field 13= check box

Board Membership Payment Table - nonpayment from Board Members querry

ID- Field 1 TITLE- Field 2 FIRST NAME- Field 3 LASTNAME Field 4 TELEPHONE- Field5 EMAIL- Field6 PAYMENT_AMOUNT- Field7
DATE SUBMITTED- Field8

Nope. Try again. See my first post for formatting.

It's not showing the expiration date. I enter DateAdd("yyyy", 1, JoinDate) < Date() in the querry field nent to the join date. Nothing shows up in the expiration column.

When I see on you earlier post then you call the field "DateJoined" and not "JoinDate".
So it must be:
DateAdd("yyyy", 1, DateJoined) < Date()

Below are the results of the query. As you can see there was no date return and some of the membership has not expired yet. I have over 500 members listed. Some of the membership has been expired since 2009 or later. I am trying to pull those and solicit them to rejoin.

Query2
FIRST_NAME LAST_NAME DateJoined Expr1
Rebecca Gralka 3/23/2012 -1
Tyler Jo smith 3/28/2012 -1
Robin Meigel 7/12/2012 0
Donna M Dana 7/12/2012 0
Alison Rea 7/20/2012 0

Thank you so much for helping me with my query problem. Below are a few results of the query. As you can see there was no date return. I would prefer the results to return an expiration date. Try putting in this in your query string "Expiredate as DateAdd("yyyy", 1, DateJoined) "
Your SQL-string:
Select .... , Expiredate as DateAdd("yyyy", 1, DateJoined) ...
Else show you query, SQL-View.

Thank you very much!!!! That time it work. I appreciate your assistance in helping me resolve my query problem.

You're welcome, luck with your project.
