Date & Time Problem

I have got a form which has on it 2 text boxes formatted to Short Date dd/mm/yyyy (Start and End dates). Is there anyway in which I can format them so that I can enter the date as follows: dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss?

To include time you will have to format it as General Date

Is there any kind of input mask I could create to make sure that the user always enter the date in the format - dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss
