Deleting Duplicate records from a query result (1 Viewer)

What is the common field in these tables? What field did you use for the Join?
Can you send new copy of the database?

In the attached pic, I want the query to remove the records in red and leave those highlighted in yellow. I can then run a count query to total the yellow records.
