Hello, I have a workbook that I just can’t figure out the best way it would be easiest to view. As of now I have cells "Activities" going vertical and im telling you it isn’t pleasant having to turn your head to read what’s in that column so I can put an "X" for that activity for a particular person. Anyway, How could I lay this out so its readable and fits on one page. Thanks!

Assuming that you are printing on A4 I would narrow cols B to Q widen Col T
Titles A2 -S2 I would angle at 30 and would alter the alignment in R and S to avoid wrap, centre T

You might want to play with Font size for best legibility.

Brianwarnock, how would I angle the columns? I am using excel 2007 I just posted a .xls because not everyone has my version. Could you give an example?

Thanks,
Chad

Highlight the cells you want to angle, then right-click and select format cells. Then choose Alignment tab. You will see a semi-circular graphic in the top right of the tab, drag the pointer to the desired angle and click ok.
