Dispatch Board

Does anyone know if access can create a dispatch board. What I mean by that is a small chart that has technicians names listed at the top, with a list of ongoing jobs below the technician doing that job.

For example

Joe Mike Stan
Cust1 Cust1 cust1
Cust2 Cust2 Cust2, etc.


Also, it would be terrific if clicking on the customers name would bring up the work-order form

Yes that can be done.

You will need a relational database design with at least one table holding your technicians and another holding the job assignments.
