Hello All,

I have some data in a table I would like to display horizontally instead of vertically.

How is this done....did alot of searching and have not found a solution yet.

Here an example of what I mean:

Any Ideas?

Hi. Have you tried a crosstab query?

On second thought, after looking at your image again, have you considered using a columned report.

No...will that lay things out in the format above.....I thought that cross tab just gave the column header horizontally?

Looks like our posts got crossed. I added an edit to my post above. I was asking will a report work for you?

I am working with a report now but have not been able to make it do that.

A columned report should be able to produce that. Its 'snaking' down then right.

What have you tried?

Google it. There are YouTube videos and other tutorials.

going to give it a try

Ok...I did it but when I went to choose 3 columns it did nothing.....just stayed in 1 column...

how do I get it to display only 6 records per column? ??

I though of that too....but there is no where to custom adjust the margins...that I can find

while on design view of your report, click page setup on the ribbon
and again page setup.
type 7.75 on the Bottom margin.

I think I may have figured it out....I adjusted the print margins and it split into 3 columns....I have to use print preview to view it tho..
