Hello.

I have 31 checkbox to determinate which day of month to be in calendar with

Code:
 iif([01]=-1;cdate("01/" & [month] & "/2015");cdate("01/01/2001")
in the query to get date field to compare to paid date for that customer...
now for list unpaid date I have all the customer who has date after today so I think about criteria >date() but I have all customer that have date before today and after today...
I need a new calculated filed with date in calendar checkbox to determinate the oldest date, do you have a better formula then this?
Code:
IIf([31]=-1;cdate("31/"& [month] & "/2015"; _
IIf([30]=-1;cdate("30/"& [month] & "/2015"; _
IIf([29]=-1;cdate("29/"& [month] & "/2015"; _
...........
...........
IIf([01]=-1;cdate("01/"& [month] & "/2015";"")))))))))))))))))))))))

I'm not entirely clear on what you are doing. But it sounds like this would be better served by a drop down than 31 checkboxes. Then instead of checking each check box to see if it was checked, you simply get the selected value of the checkbox.

It would be helpful to readers, and to you, if you could give us a clear description of WHAT you are trying to do in plain English. What exactly is the issue/opportunity you are facing and decided to use 31 checkboxes?

Ok, sorry for my bad English but English is my second foreign language and I try my best...

I have to make a database with 3000 patient, 5 workers to arrange every day appointment. Around 250 patient/month are active, and I need to every one determinate witch day of month are active and this can be 1-7 times for week without a rule so is hard and long to enter every date separately and I thought to make a form with 31 checkbox to click witch date are active... that worked great but for compare the appointment unpaid I need to consider only that one are already finish and for that I need the biggest date to be smaller than today...
