I'm using the DoCmd.SendObject acSendReport command to send reports formatted in acFormatHTML. I'm finding that if the report exceeds one page, Access will break the report up into seperate files (one file for each page). So if the report is three pages, it will send report1.html, report2.html, report3.html.

Is there anyway to make Access keep everything together in one file, regardless of how many printed pages it might consume?

You could try another format. Unfortunately, that's how the HTML formatted export works. I saw a workaround somewhere, if you really need HTML.

For template and appearance purposes, HTML is essential to one report I'm using. Do you remember where you saw it, per chance? I've tried various google searches relating to the matter (prior to making this post), and have come up empty handed.

Could you format the report sheet to a custom size with a near infinite length?
