DVD Database

Hi i am an ICT student and for my coursework i have chosen to do a DVD database, this is the progress i have made (file attached), please could someone improve it further,in anyway possible.

For things like Credit Cards, Categories etc. I would you put on a Continuous Form.

The Invoice there should be an easy way via combibox to select Movie.

The Sales Tax I would store the value or the rate in case the rate changes.
