The logic behind this is that if you want to get CLASSMEANSCORE you sum the Meanscore of Subjects done divided by the subjects done which will give us 50.83333. Then in Excel we use IF as I have shown. Kindly assist me now in ms access based on database. Thanks in advance.

@arnelgp this Report has a slight problem. Supposing a school has TEN STREAMS and all Students are doing a Subject let's say English. The Report will have 10 columns and in every column all Students doing English will be duplicated 10 times. It works fine when you filter per the stream but if you want to filter per class it duplicates data per streams. What do I do now?

Is there any way where after entering a record for a student cannot be duplicated in the report??? I am seeing as per the code i<=24 will not work because duplication might need 200 labl
