E-mail through access and windows security

Hello

I have an application that automatically sends a e-mail to a user based on a action using Outlook.

Since a patch was put on our server, a security warning comes up, telling me about a program trying access the e-mail engine. giving me the option to allow access for only a certain amount of time.

Does anyone know how/if this feature can be turned off or scaled down.
