I'm new to access and I'm learning as I go. I've got all the difficult stuff figured out pretty much, but the easy stuff is killing me....

I have a report that I just edited and for some reason, there is an extra page on the report that doesn't show up in design view.

Is there a way to navigate to that page in design view so I can delete the contents??

It could be that you just have the page set too wide in design view. Remember, you have to take into account your margin widths, so if your margins are set at ½" each, the biggest your page could be in width (for an 8½ x 11 page) would be 7".

It's only 6.5" and the data on the new pages is the version of the report before I updated. It's really wierd. Could two reports be linked together somehow?

I am having the same paging issue that I cannot see. The graph should fit in the margins but a single page graph (correctly displayed) becomes 12, as a repeat of the graph then blank page X 6 iterations. I can suppress this by printing only page 1 but I cannot find a way to eliminate it for the less patient end-users who just print all.
Any general comments on extra pages would be appreciated
