Hi,

Here is a good one thats got me stuck for ages.

I have made an email facility in my database and I have set the message box as a memo for the Unlimited Characters. There are a number of templates that the user can select but I cannot get the simple text to show formatting (as in rich text style). I have had a look at RTF syntax but cannot work out how to tag the simple text to show it once it has been emailed.

Can any one help?

The problem with ANY of these is that Access isn't really a word processor. Native Access won't selectively format ANYTHING inside a text box. It is "one format fits all" in any single text box. If you wanted something formatted, you need a word processor. That just ain't Access.

I have heard of third-party add-ins for Access that can give you SOME formatting capability. Search this forum for "Formatting" and "Text" and "Form" to see what comes back. Or "Formatting" and "Text" and "Report".
