I am wondering if it is possible to embed an Access form in an Outlook email message that can be used as a purchase request for musical equipment. This form will be returned to me for verification and then I would like to append a master table with the information rather than retype with a click of a button. Is there a better way to do this that is more logical? Can you place a link in the Outlook tool bar? On the purchase request, form I would like to see real-time amounts for budgeted and non-budgeted funds at the bottom of the form.
