I am a developer running a small company in Nigeria west Africa. I have been working with Microsoft Access and SQL for some time now. I was looking for a particular solution on the net to see if anyone have had similar issue before and how the person solved the issue.

I've known several people from Nigeria before. Are you in Lagos? If so, is the traffic still bad? Do they still have the numberplate system where you can only drive on certain days?
