Enlarging overall field length?

This has to be an easy problem, I just can't figure it out. When i make new report, the field lengths aren't long enough to display the entire field. If i stretch them out manually they show everything, but i have a ton of fields, and doing this manually would take forever.... plus centering becomes tedious. Is there a way to set the configuration up in the wizard?

Set the can grow property to yes, you can select multiple fields and set the property for all just once.
