I need a suggestion here.
I have an assesment table for enrollees(students)
E.g.
Student Name
Cash Basis
Down payment
Prelims payment
Mid term payment
Finals payment
If the student decides to pay in installment scheme, my form automatically calculates how much he needs to pay for the down payment, prelim period, mid term period and finals period, staggeredly. and prints the assessment form.
Now, I need to design a program where i can actually get the said data and use them primarily to track down the payments made. e.g. balance payments and total balance payments.
The scenario is that, it is mostly likely possible that not all students would pay the exact amount as to the stored data, so I need to know how to get around this and print the exact balance payments remaining for each payment period like prelims, mid term and finals plus the overall balance remaining.......
