I believe if you have A2000 and Outlook 2016, say, you may not be able to send emails through outlook.

You mentioned you had office 13, and I assumed you used outlook. If you aren't trying to use access to send emails it won't matter.

The problem is when you click a button in a form
So the problem is conflict with vba code

I reinstalled windows 10 and only office 2000 and problem solved
