Exporting report

I have a report shown in print preview.
How can I save it word ?

I tried export - rich text format but this method eliminates all the table borders and formatting that i used except the text itself.

How can I save it some editable format that will save them exactly as i see it on the report print preview?

The short answer is...you can't.
The best you can do is export your report as a rich text. Word will allow you to open it but as you have seen, all the bells and whistles (formatting) are not exported.

You may wish to try the mail merge function in Word. Set up your Word template the way you want it and then import just the data from Access.

snapshot is an access format, downloadable if you dont have it.

pdf will require an addon module- try stephen lebans site, which has a good pdf converter. (it converts a snapshot, so you need the snapshot anyway)

note some users wont have snapshot viewer (it comes with access, but is otherwise downloadable)
