Failure to make a copy of existing query

In the past, I can copy any existing query and paste as a new copy so I can modify based on the old one for new query. Suddenly I can select copy but the paste becomes grey (not available). What did I do something wrong causing the paste feature disable? Thanks!

I don't know but you can open the query you want to copy in Design View and then select SAVE AS and then name it something different and that will become a copy.
