Question Fields not on table

I am trying to create Forms and when i look at the table to select the field, the field is not an option-two of the three field display.

Can you give us a little more information to go on please. What format is the field. Have you saved the table yet or have you just created it.

the table is created but empty. i am now trying to create forms off the table, but when i select the table and then go to chose the fields i would like to display on my form, the field i would like to pick isnt on the list of fields from that particular table.

Are your tables "Linked" tables? ... if so, then refresh your links first and see if that does the trick.... if not ...

Clear the recordsource of the Form ... move the focus of the cursor to another property, then go back to the RecordSource property and type out your recordsource again ... this will "Refresh" all the hidden properties and such the Access maintains for a bound form.

Many times there is no need to do this, but, as I recall, it seems to be more frequently needed for linked tables.... I typically do it as "good measure" before I even look for my newly created fields in the field list.
