File Name Confusion

Access 2010/XP

I have an Access file that is named: N&D Mailing12.mdb

However, when I open it, the filename at the top of window is N&D Mailing11: Database (Access 200 file format).

What is causing the "12" to change to "11" in the filename?

In 2003 it would be Tools => Startup => Application Title.

However I don't know my way around the ribbon in 2007 or later.

Thanks. I was able to find it in 2010 version. File/Options/Current Database
