am new in access. I have managed to create a database in Access 2007. now I have created queries which I want to use for reports. The challenge I have is to have the reports use these queries for either a table or graph report. for example I have a query that can extract number of employees per year. I want the same query to be used to generate a table or graph report.
I want to add an option button for graph or table.
when one select graph, and click display report it should display a graph, when one chooses table and click display it should show a table report.
any advice, am not good in programming in vba
