finalising a database...

I dont need to know yet, but its a good idea to find out and research it early enough...

Basically I need to export my database (when it's finished) so it can be used on any computer.... .exe i think? without the need of access installed.

the icons and error messages will be fully customised ... is this possible to export it as a file that can be installed on any computer?

Hi,

it is with a runtime though its not .exe, its .mde ( 2000 - 3 ) and .accde (2007).

you need to have good error trapping though.

you could do a search, there are plenty of posts for this.
