Find and Edit the Office 2003 legacy CommandBars and menus in AC2010

I just deployed a big project from AC2003 to AC2010
This project has built in menus and bars and I'm looking for way to keep them under AC2010.
While searching the net I found this one, and thought it might be of interest to others

This one work half way for me.
It will work perfectly to show all the Menus and I could also delete and edit Menu controls.
I couldn't find the way to Add new controls.
I also couldn't get the OnAction value.
Trying to declare vars as CommandBar or as CommandBarControl didn't work too. I declared them as Variants.

You need to add the references "Microsoft Office ?? Object Library"

I do have reference to MS Access 14 Object Library
I don't want to add a reference to objects users might not have while using the AC RunTime, though it will help me to see the populated objects and options.
Declaring as vars is OK for me now, as long as it works.

Only real problem is how to add a CommandBarControl ?

OK, after adding the references "Microsoft Office 14 Object Library" I managed to add new commands.
I'll either deploy this refernce file with my App (I have an installer) or remove this part of code before I publish.
