Font corruption?

I have a weird situation.

2 PCs out of 7 will not print a report as designed, the other 5 do. Same report, same printer, same printer drivers installed.

The report contains text fields in Times New Roman and Arial (standard Windows fonts!), yet ONLY SOME of these fields are being printed in some strange font that looks like Arial.

All systems running XP Pro. All at same update level.

I have re-installed XP on one of the "faulty" PCs, (not to a re-formatted hard drive, but an "in-place" re-installaton). Made no difference. I have deleted and re-installed the printer on this PC - made no difference.

Anyone else ever had this?

Any ideas?

My last resort is to re-format hard drive and reinstall XP - rather not.

Thanks
AlanM

All I can say is make absolutely sure that every control/labels has the standard fonts, I had a report once that gave me a headache for some time until I reset the fonts.
