Form Creation

Hello all,

I am still a noob but have a few questions.

1. How would I create a form to add a batch (like a range)of items?

2. I would like to use a toggle button to select which form to launch.

Hi. Not sure it's clear to me what you want. Can you post some mock ups?

First Form to launch is an option to:

1. Add
a. Single Radio
b. Batch of Radios

2. Delete
a. Single Radio
b. Batch of Radios

Second Form would launch by the selection you choose and would have fields related to the radio's information to fill under the add selection or would tick the delete option in the table and highlight that row in a color if they chose an option under the Delete selection.
