Could I please receive a suggestion on how to format a number with a comma for thousands and having no decimal?

10000 should be displayed as 10,000 (never with any decimal place)

We are using MsAccess 2003.

Thank you.

use the format property for the control. for no decimal places use #,##0

format STANDARD,
decimals = 0
for field, or textbox

use the format property for the control. for no decimal places use #,##0
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction, to control the formatting on the form and not at the table.

Thank you Pat Hartman.
I have made a note of your suggestion to be used in our future forms.
Thank you.
