I spent most of the day today manually aligning (adjusting/moving fields, preview report, adjusting, previewing etc etc) page headers and detail records for a financial forecast report with monthly revenues in the 8 figure range, e.g., $33,000,000, and ranging down to zero$.
I tried using the format/align/right or left menu selection with mixed results -- sometimes it worked fine, but usually it aligned only a couple of the fields correctly and moved the rest of the fields to overlay other months values (btw, I am working with a total of 24 fields, 12 for actual and 12 for projected $$, split into two different reports).
Are there any add-ins available to handle this, especially since I wound up overlapping field names for some months which resulted in my reversing the sum fields for the actual/projected values in a few cases .... eyes still trying to untwist grrr
