How to I format a check box, to display on the report as Yes/No ?
Thanks
Joe

This is the code I use in my report, and it works for me.

I placed this code in the controle source of the text box I used.
=IIf([field name]=True,"Yes","No")

You can't format a Checkbox to display Yes or No. Yes or No are text strings. A Checkbox is displayed as either checked (Yes) or unchecked (No). If you want to display the Text, then use a Textbox with a IIF:

=IIF([field],"Yes","No")

Sorry, I should have explained that better. Yes I placed my IIF statment in a text box, b/c a yes/no box wouldn't work for that.

I was just excited I knew the answer. :D

You don't need an Iif statement, delete the checkbox from your Report, add a textbox, change the display format to Yes/No, set the control source to your boolean field
