My Memo field is Rich Text. I can't format--such as, tabbing or hang indent. When I manually space it does not print out that way. Using the MS indent and number buttons on the toolbar are not getting the results I am used to when using Word.

Can this type of formatting be done?

If you apply a number or bullet point you can then use the indents. It doesn't seem to work with just text.

I did used them but if the paragraph/sentence is longer than one line it doesn't wrap--hanging indent doesn't work.

its not meant to - the memo field as standard doesn't allow formatting- however if you look in the samples - there are solutions

Big note ...
Your d/b will bloat in size very quickly - so if you have a lot of records information be prepared

Okay, good to know. Right now there are over 2,000 records. It is not totally necessary, but everything looks better with hanging indents and stuff.

Does Rich Text cause it to bloat also?
