Forms, runtime and sending as pdf

I didn't see any discussion on this yet so I'm not sure if anyone has any answers... I have some apps developed in 2003 that I am converting over to 2007. I want to take advantage of the ability to send a report in pdf instead of snapshot format. So now the question is... If I distribute this as a runtime will the addon to enable pdf install to the runtime edition?

Well, I've seen it... But just wondering if I can cut down on the work by using Microsoft's answer... Don't know if anyone has tried it yet... I may have to find a system without Access... load the runtime.. and then load the "saveAsPDF" and see if it takes.
